If you mean the Air Gestures and basically anything-Air, no. It still has the smart stay display that leaves the screen on as long as you're looking at it, but you can't scroll with your eyes either

Go to McDonald's or another place that has free wifi and download. Our if there is a Device Service Center in your area they can flash it for you or most AT&T stores have free wifi there.
