Does kickstand case leave side open?

A properly designed case leaves the entire screen available. A badly designed case ... it's the same as anything else, some people make great designs, others make designs that are worse than useless.

Oh, I love kickstand cases and my favorite is in fact Verizon's own Shell Case with two way kickstand.

My fav is reiko kickstand 2 part case. I broke the buttons on my first note 3 trying to remove that case. It ripped the volume rocker out by the roots

is that why Reiko is your favorite, it destroys phones?

I don't like bulky cases. I have been using the Verizon's shell case on the past 3 of my phones, never an issue. It never detracts from the look of the phone and has 2 way kickstand. But that's me.

No, the vzw case ruined my phone. The reiko comes off easily.
