I use my Moto X Pure Edition on Verizon.

I subscribe to Visual Voicemail and the app works.

I'm assuming you mean Advanced Calling 1.0/VoLTE. Yes, it works. Just need to make sure it's enabled on both the line and on the phone.

Nope
Not sure there are any non Verizon unlocked devices that supports Verizon's wifi calling.

It supports VoLTE, but does not support VoWiFI.
