Does my phone still have water in it after I dropped it in the toilet.

I dropped my phone in the toilet and managed to get it out. I wiped it down with a towel and placed it in a bag of rice and left it there for 4 hours. After that I got a vacuum and attempted to duck all the moisture from the phone. I then tried to turn it on and it works perfectly! Bit now my screen brightness keeps on changing every time I keep on applying pressure to the screen and this is dust rating whilst trying to use the touch screen. Does this mean that it has water still in it and (if so) will I need to use some other method or not?

Water damages phones, and so do the residues remaining after the water has dried. Swishing in alcohol may help.

The rice thing usually takes a day or more for the phone to dry out, odds are there is still some moisture in it, or that something was damaged by said moisture while the phone was powered on.
