does nfc payment work in the UK?

Having a play around with the phone and came across nfc.. would definitely use it but can't see how?

Not to my knowledge. As usual the UK introduces Apple pay first as it thinks the whole of the UK has apple products. When Android M is introduced with Android Pay then it should work, but I don't know to be honest.

Very true about iphones , I don't know anyone that has 1 now.. yet the 'powers that be' assume otherwise

yeah it's very frustrating - my RBS banking app keeps telling me how an Iphone can do this and that lol, not much use to me!
