Windows 11 stopped recognizing my android phone

I was trying to connect my phone to transfer images but the cord got removed prematurely and now Windows 11 only says device not recognized.
Does Windows 11 hate my phone now ? Tried all of this video and nothing worked It worked fine earlier today.

I will have to rely on phone link for now. Not even uninstalling it through device manager under portable devices did nothing.

I have had success by:

- Complete shut down of my Win PC
- Unplug any unnecessary USB devices.
- Restart my phone
- Plug my powered on phone into the PC USB port
- Start my Win PC

Something about a full pc boot with the active phone already plugged in works in my case.

Windows 11 seems to hate a lot of things.
