This may seem like a dumb question to some but I'm very new to this OS and was wondering aout it. Also, what really is ICS?

Android OS's are based off sweet deserts in alphabetical order

We have had

Cupcake
Donut
Eclair
Froyo
Gingerbread
Honeycomb
Ice Cream Sandwich
J (elly bean, Jam... who knows )

That is the the funniest thing I have ever heard. Who picks those Droid OS names? Lucas? Lol.
I want a rainbow sherbet OS.

To answer the question in the title of the thread, no this phone does not have ICS. It will be released for the first time on the upcoming Galaxy Nexus on Verizon. New Android operating systems are always released first on Google's Nexus line of developer smartphones. Then it's included on newly released phones from there on, and manufacturers sometimes update past releases with the new OS.

The Epic 4G Touch will likely get ICS, but not until next summer at the soonest I would venture to bet.
