Does pre-paid receipt include IMEI/MAC?

In order to presumably reserve your gift on March 4. Particularly interested in Verizon receipts. I think the answer should be no because how can they know what device you'll receive, even when ordering an in stock item?

I'm still trying to make sense of the March 4 redemption date.

At most it might include the imei, but doubtful. Even the Receipt will only contain the imei at most.. I have never seen a wifi mac address on any receipt.
