Does S7 Edge have "Smart Stay?"

And if so, does it actually work? I always thought this was a great feature but sadly it never worked at all on the S5 or S6.

My wife's T-Mobile edge has the option. It's late and dark, don't know if it works.

It is a very nice feature, my old Note had it and it really did work except as 20degrees stated not under dark conditions.

It works on dimmer setting than the GS6. But if the room is completely dark and the light of the screen in white, it will work, once the screen has more dark tones it doesnt work as good.

That's encouraging because on the S5 and S6 it didn't work at all, regardless of the ambient light level.

Worked great on my note 4 but never has on my S6. To me, it's hit and miss.

Yeah, as it's been implemented on the last two flagships it's useless because it doesn't work worth a damn. If it works properly it's an incredibly helpful feature.

I always found smart stay worked ok on my Galaxy S5. I will have to test it on The S7 when I get it.
