[?] Does Swiftkey work on the Optimus

Does and can the swiftkey work on the optimus s or is just a waste of money....

I tried it, it works ok, but I find Swype and ginger bread keyboard better for some reason

It works great on the Optimus S. I regularly switch between it and Swype just for variety's sake. The word prediction is second to none IMO.

i've got the trial right now but i agree w/ SandersJC64, word predictiopn it awesome! Way better than any of the other standard keyboards IMO also.
P.S. it works great on my Optimus S w/ thundeROM and Zefie's OC kernel

As of this morning you can still get into the SwiftKey Keyboard Beta Program at SwiftKey VIP.

To add to that, the beta doesn't cost anything. I've never paid for SwiftKey but I downloaded the .apk this morning and WOW. It's pretty cool. I still have Swype and ThickKeys for other various reasons, but SwiftKey is going to be my choice keyboard for a while.

Same. Word prediction on it is good and unobtrusive (I haven't like how words that are predicted show up on other keyboards) and I like the theme as well.

Only big issue is vibrate on keypress seems to be on as a default, and that was a little annoying D:

Works great, I love the autocorrect, it's way better than even the ginger keyboard.

i have it and the word prediction is pretty intense. It's almost too good. Before, it seemed as if it never guessed any words for me but now it seems to have the opposite problem. it's too sensitive and jumps at every letter i type. i still love it though. i wouldn't go back. i like the keyboard layout too.

i've tried the swype but my hands are too messy for that and gingerbread was better but not quite it. i'm just hoping that soon they will have a system wide text selection (copy/paste)some time soon.

i bought it because it is only dollar something. it was worth it to me

I find the beta's word prediction to be "strange" compared to the production releases.

in theory, it gets better.

"strange" word predictions in the the beta, compared to uncannily excellent in the production release.
