Does the dual-sim version have US warranty?

So I'm considering purchasing a dual-sim version of the S7 Edge for a family member. Seems they can only be imported (Amazon, Ebay, etc.). One Ebay listing from a reputable seller claims that it comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. But the Amazon listing for the same model says there's no warranty.

Anyone have any idea which is correct?

The international models won't have any warranty support, getting good carrier or Samsung support even on the carrier models is itself a pain by each of them directing to other. If you are getting the international model don't even bother calling them for support.
