Does the muti-window feature work on a 3rd party launcher?

I dont have the device yet to test it myself, (thanks to verizon), and I was wondering if multi-window is touchwiz exclusive feature.

Im asking because I want to use a 3rd party launcher such as nova and go, and still be able to use the multiwindow feature.

Can somebody test it out for me?

All features will still work with 3rd party launchers. Launchers only replace the original look of the phone to a more customizable one...doesn't do anything with the features

I realize I can switch between Touchwiz and, say Nova. But can I be in Nova and still access these features, or do I have to switch back over the touchwiz for those. Just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly. Thanks!

You can still access all the features

It looks like I might have to take that back. Just tried playing with nova launcher on my S4 and it looks like (as far as I can tell) all the widgets from touchwiz are available. Interesting.

I actually like the weather widget on Touchwiz but for some reason it wont work on Apex launcher. :-[

You mean the stock default one with gif style? It's not working with Nova launcher either. I liked it very much. It's cool to watch especially on rainy day. Live water droplets on window!
