I have a Skyrocket on AT&T, but am probably going to return it due to not having Bluetooth voice dialing. I was looking at the Note (but don't want a phone that huge) and the galaxy S2, but if the One X has this I might just wait a couple weeks for it. I'm liking the dedicated camera button!

I think the answer is no.
I have a Sena SMH10 Bluetooth helmet headset.
My previous phone, Galaxy S, did have voice command from the headset.
My current phone, HTC one X, does not. (It does do last-number-redial though.)
My mate's iPhone4 does have voice command from the headset.

In theory the One X should have voice command via Bluetooth since that is a part of the Bluetooth HFP 1.5 hands free profile and the HSP profile and that are both "supported" on the device. According to HTC this lack of functionality is a known issue and is in work. A firmware fix is forthcoming... ;)
