Does the Samsung I9505 Galaxy S4 have an unlocked bootloader?

I believe it is locked by default

The G (GPE version) may be unlocked. The AT&T version is almost certainly locked (and glued, welded, taped and anything else they can think of to keep us from using the phones).

I'm from the UK so I don't own the AT&T version however I know that this device is the international variant, so maybe this device does have an unlocked bootloader. ://
