Does the V30 seem like a worthwhile upgrade from the V20?

Still undecided. Got the V20 last December. still love the removable battery, IR blaster( I know but I use this everyday either at home or at a restaurant). I also use the second screen for my most used apps and most used contacts. Wireless charging is not a big issue to me. So I'm on the fence.

The floating screen does most of what the second screen did.

That's what happens when doing math in my head. The 6 18x9 is actually .58" more surface.

The sense it does make is if you are watching sports on NESNgo or a TV series on Netflix or Xfinity stream app. Since these streaming videos are in 16/9 you lose much of the screen on the V30 so even though the screen on the V30 is bigger the size of the streaming video is smaller.

My V20 is chock full of all the features I want, got it at a reasonable price and the addition of the ported Google Pixel camera was the cherry on top. The V30 looks like a dream on paper but we all know LG has a problem with quality control. If I were to consider the 30, I would wait until the prices fall and the inevitable kinks and bugs are worked out. In the mean time I'll drive my V20 until the wheels come off.

I'll do this with any phone I buy now, especially LG and Samsung.
