Hello, I have been using the app Sleep Cycle app for ages now, and i'm all into it.
But a new era is on, and I don't want my mobile to be in the bed anymore if possible.
So what i am asking for, does there exist a smart band or sleep friendly watch that can have a app installed that maybe works with the phone and wake me up in light sleep like the Sleep Cycle app does.
I doesn't have to be exactly that app if that changes anything, I am just looking for the technology in that app to work in a band.
