I don't believe/agree with your theory mike. On one hand you blame eBay for posting 'old' information, and on the other you say the seller has a great history etc. If he is such a great ebayer, surely he would check his listings? Or would such an expert seller just trust eBay to post the right information. That listing is 100% fraudulent based on the description of the item sold.

I never said the seller has a great history. I only said the seller has an trustable feedback overall percentage (98.9%) for what he sells otherwise he would be reported and banned from selling on ebay long ago according to his feedbacks and activation date.

As for the mislead info. Again, its on ebay fault for giving seller inaccurate details just for the sake of convenience. Not all seller are veteran, that why ebay introduced this automatic feature to attract for would be seller at the ease for new seller to sell their things to make money. Please note the mislead info. are the ones that are in the fixed format at the top and middle section. The bottom section is where ebay let the seller give an detailed description of the item selling. This is where one need to read carefully.

As for mislead info such as:
Connections and Expandability
Expandability microSDHC

and
Digital Camera
Rear Camera Resolution 1.2 megapixel
Front Camera Resolution 1.2 megapixel

take a look at these other auction links and tell me what similarity do you see? Same format, same misleading info right? You got it, it's the ebay listing format that got the device info. inaccurate.

if anything, sellers could be deliberately taking advantage of the inaccurate info in order to have deniability.
