Does v30 have a power button camera shortcut?

Nexus and pixel devices let you double press the power button to launch the camera. I use this every day. Is there such a setting on the V30? Thanks for any feedback!

Double tap on the volume down button when the phone is asleep.
But this ONLY works when the screen is off so you can't use it as a shortcut to the camera while the phone is awake and in use

Double tap on the volume down will work on the lockscreen as well.
