Is it a 4G thing like how *228 is no longer accessible.

I couldn't tell ya. I've been using Google voice now for a long time.

OK I found out what it is.If your on 4.0.3 firmware rom the DTMF tones screen doesn't show up at least for me.I switched
back to 4.0.2 firmware rom and its there.Weird.

I am having the same problem. Called CSR, referred me to tech support. They even did a 3-way call into my voice mail. From their phone they can put the password in, but not from mine. Then they had me pull the sim card and then replace it. After that it worked. But today, I tried VM again with the same problem. Sim pull didnt work this time. Tried the DTMF Long and it worked one time. Then no more.
Frustrated....

Edit: Just went back in a set DTMF back to normal and now VM pin works again. Tried it twice and worked both times. Yep something screwy...

Also, I have display font set to Extra Large (yea I'm old and cant see tiny stuff). I wonder if its the screen size layout causing it?

There's some type of feedback issue with the tones when you press the different numbers on the keypad. Especially if you have the speaker on. Its recognizing the tone sounds as different numbers, or multible inputs, even though your only pressing one. Thats why its says invalid password. Also why it works fine if you call into the system from a different phone. Don't know what the solution is but if i have the speaker off it usually works.
