Does z3v support quick charge 2.0?

Does anyone know if the verizon z3v supports quick charge 2.0? I've read online the z3's do but haven't found much on the z3v

I used to have the Droid Turbo before switching to the Z3v and I could use the Droid quick charger "sometimes". From 10% to 79% it'll charge quick then I'll get a message saying the charger isn't compatible. I've only used it a handful of times. I did notice the phone became hot on that charger. I never got an overheat warning but I stopped using it.

So long story short, no I don't think these phones are set up to accept the quick chargers. My Qi charger works just as well as the Sony one that came with the phone. I can get a +-10% to 100% charge in a couple hours.

So I'd say no honestly.

Negative. I bought a Quick Charge car charger a few months ago and can verify that it still charges as slow as the stock home charger.

Don't believe the "Quick Charge" literature out there. Sony Mobile specs says it's USB High speed 2.0 and Micro USB support.

And I beg to differ on that "USB High speed 2.0" being high speed.

I bought a quick charger from Amazon and it works great charges from 30 to 100 in a little over an hour. I've been using it every night for about a month now no error messages or overheating.
