Doesn't auto connect to my car Bluetooth?

I set it all up I never had problem with any phone only this Sony z3, it doesn't auto connect when I get in, I have to go on blue tooth settings and some reason it connects without me doing anything, weird I tried putting it in trust devices also

Bluetooth specifies HOW data goes from one device to another, it doesn't specify WHAT data goes, so some phone/car combinations aren't 100% compatible (some aren't very compatible at all). It's going to take a few years before there's enough of a standard that every new phone will work properly with every new phone. (It's not that long ago that you could only send an MMS to people on your carrier. Standards take time to become standardized.)

With mine (I have an Audi A4) I had to connect it within 2 minutes of turning the car on, but it connects every time now.
