dolphin browser question

I downloaded the Dolphin HD browser for my LG Spectrum. I love it, but, just today, my "tab" disappeared. I can no longer see the tab (a single tab, or multiple tabs if I open new windows) at the top of the browser screen unless I hit the menu button, it used to be there all the time.

What happened to it? How can I get it back?

I even downloaded the update, still the same.

What do you mean? Was it while browsing, or when the app opens?

It used to always be there, the tab at the top. Now it only shows if I hit the menu button, then I can switch between tabs.

Swipe to the left & turn off the Full Screen option.
