Dolphin browser won't sync bookmarks S7 > Note 9

Anyone still using Dolphin? I am not able to get my bookmarks from the S7 to the new Note 9. Sync is not doing it. Although, I may be attempting it the wrong way.

Is there a particular set of steps you might give - 'on old phone, do this. on new phone, do that'? If not, I'll have to go through and recreate them all manually, which I really don't want to do...

On the old phone, turn sync on. Let it sync (give it an hour).

Then on the new phone, turn sync on and wait until it syncs. (If it uses the same engine as Chrome, it's not going to sync all your bookmarks, unless you don't have many.)
