Don't Ask Again

Recently, when my car was last serviced, it cleared out the settings. Before servicing, I received a pop up on my Android that asked if I wanted to give permanent access to my phone contacts to quit being asked If I wanted to download my contacts every time I started the car. . Since servicing, I have not received the pop-up on my screen, which means that I have to give my phone permission to download my address book every time I start the car. Is there any way to force it to let me give access to the phone book with the "Do Not Ask Again" function. Anyone know how to make this work? I want to get in my car, start it up, and not be asked about downloading the contacts.

Have you already tried forgetting the devices in both the car and the phone, then going through the pairing process again?

I did a complete re-pairing when the car came back.
