Running stock - not rooted. Everything is turned on except Bluetooth.

Admittedly as you can see I watched TV most of the time but it's still impressive....

Nice! Best I've gotten so far was a little over 22 hours with everything on but BT (with medium usage running Android Revolution HD 2.1.1). Now I'm on to ZYGOT3 V1.8 but havent done any batt life tests with it yet.

I hate the two of your with a purple passion. Even with the extended battery, I'd be lucky to get 8 hours.

Sorry, but what are we looking at? Battery life? If I'm not mistaken it shows your screen was on just barley a few times?

I'd try to see what happens with mine without ever using the screen... but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying the phone :) I like using it. I get between 12-14 hours a day with my typical usage(M-F) on an extended battery and that usually is only down to like 20-30% when I put it on the charger. Weekends can vary depending on what I'm doing so it is too early to tell how much I get, plus if I'm driving anywhere I plug it in to my car charger.

How do you get the screen down to 12%? I can see if it's been sitting idle all night, but have you never looked at it during those 7 hours? Mine's generally about 50-60%.

Same here. The screen is a major consumer of power on mobile devices. Battery life will be great on any mobile device when the screen isn't used. My Fascinate sits here for two to three days straight before I stick the thing on charge. Of course...I never use it...

so completely unrelated to the topic but what are the 2 notifications on the far left side of the notification bar(the first 2)

I have been using my deactivated Droid Charge as a Wi-Fi only device. It was fully charged
on Tuesday(12/20). After 4 days, it still has abotu 1/3 battery life left. This is with auto-
brightness turned on.

I've been using it to listen to music, play games, Skype, and check Gmail a few times a day.
(just to see how it functions as a Wi-Fi only device) Not too bad.... I imagine I could even
make it go a whole week if I have it in airplane mode with bluetooth and wifi both off as well.

My Nexus gets decent battery life for the amount of use it gets. I like to keep my screen on the bright side so it tends to drain it more than average. Also, using animated wallpaper kills the battery. I loaded a holiday one last night and I had to take it off because it was draining the battery.

I used it just a few brief times. Played words with friends and checked these boards.

i keep my display brightness setting at 15%. i prefer this setting as it is easy on my eyes. the extra battery life is a bonus.

Lol.. what does that pic prove? You turned the screen on 3 times and for no longer than a few minutes tops. You're also on wifi. I would actually consider that average at best. I lose 2%/hr on 4G while my phone is idle (and I have multiple widgets/emails syncing). Unfortunately, my phone is never idle since I'm on it all the time :p

If you regularly use your phone that little, you'll never have battery issues, that's for sure!

Everyone should post screen on time. That is the major factor. In the op you can see the screen was on for a few then midway for a few minutes then back on to take the screen cap. Show the screen on because if you leave your phone on overnight anyone can have a nice looking stat. I get about 2-4 hours of on screen time. Post like this so we can really see how it all adds up.

My battery lasts an average of 16 hours now that I have disabled NFC, toggled off 3G/4G when not needed and used mostly 3G. Very impressed with this phone and haven't rooted it yet.

I still can't put it down long enough to get numbers like that. . .
