Don't have option to " open app with" Samsung Galaxy tab e

I'm not sure if it's with marshmallow or the Samsung Galaxy tab e. But I used to be able to choose what application I would like to open the function with or press set as default or only once. Now it just automatically sets it to default with no option for " just once" any help?

Go to that specific app app's info and clear defaults

I would like to be able to choose different apps for the same function .Ect sometimes I want to download a video and sometimes just watch it. If I watch it it saves as the default for everytime I hit a video and have to go into "clear default to get the open with window again. I'm trying to get the open with window everytime vs clearing default all the time.
