Dont have setting on Play Store page

I have just got the kids Tab 3's for christmas, i want to control their app downloads and use of my credit card.
Tutorials on the web suggest going into setting on the Play Store page, 3 dots on the right hand side. I have them on the left but not the right. Can anyone help.

did a bit of searching and after reading a number of posts found it on this website,

Yeah the dots are only there if you dont have a capacitive settings button which samsung tab 3's have.

On my Tab 3 7.0......Go to the Google Play Store. Then press the Menu button on the bottom left of the screen. Select Content Filtering and make your changes.
