So out of curiosity those that updated to November patch by sideloading here... did it then fix the GP system update and then let you see and update to the December updates that were available? That's why I am waiting to see if Samsung will fix it through their monthly update. I don't want to install and it doesn't fix the issue of updating when there is one available and you have to keep sideloading updates when they become available.

Install the November update and then see if it will detect the December update afterwards. Curious to see if the updater gets fixed by updating to a newer release.

Tried downloading the newest Dec one on the site and it says I'm still Nov

That was a small update with no patch change

So when you installed the November update, did you try to go to Settings and try to check for updates to see if it would find the December update on it's own? Or did you just do the updates manually without checking?

I would rather the November Google Play System update fix why the phone is not finding the updates on their own and don't want to install manually and risk that the update may force that I have to install manually going forward without erasing/restoring the phone again. No one ever mentions any benefit in updating so doesn't seem worth the chance.

Thanks. First time I have attempted this since my Droid years. I downloaded APK installer from the play store, went to the link you supplied, downloaded, first November and loaded via the installer, and it update my phone to Nov. Went back and downloaded and installed December and my phone did an update, but the phone shows it is still on the google play system update November 1.
Regardless, I was on October before this procedure.

I'm still stuck on the November patch and September GP update. I'm unlocked on AT&T and it appears that they are not pushing anything out while waiting on the One UI 6 fix...frustrating.

all sorts of network connectivity, dialer problems and others. it appears to only affect the AT&T locked devices. meanwhile, those of us who are unlocked.....................

That's a major bummer you go unlocked and still pay the price smh. I'm also on AT&T with an unlocked Flip 3, my first Samsung, and so far everything's been okayI have heard repeatedly that AT&T isn't very good with updates to their carrier locked Samsungs though
