My phone came back from Plano Texas. They say nothing is wrong but I can't reply to emails, the last time the phone came back the display panel was not connect in 2 or 3 corners and would lift us opening the phone to sprays of water and I couldn't swipe a screen save. None of these have been fixed when it came back were even touched. They said like they said last time, the phone went through their QC and everything was fine. Are these people idiots? Not only that, this time the repair was overseen by the office of the president of Samsung USA by Sharhonda Hughes.

If they're making brand new Note 4s, I want one. If Plano is refurbishing them, I don't want one.

The screenshot below, by pressing home and on and off keys is what I get till the battery dies. It never stops.

Original Question, when I booted up the phone it asked if I wanted to restore contacts, which 99% are on gmail. I said no but no every contact has the Gmail icon and the phone icon and I have 4,500 contacts, now 9,000. How do I get rid of the contacts on the phone? I use AT&T and I think that's where it came in.

Regarding your contacts -- go to Settings>Accounts and look through each account. Which ones have a Contact sync toggle?

Did the phone come back to you in a factory reset state? If not, then try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28932. If that doesn't help, try also booting into Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28897

When you sent the phone in to Samsung, did you have to say specifically what was wrong with the phone? Did you also mention to them the screen issues and ask the to repair them? In this kind of situation, I would take lots of photos and videos to document what condition the phone is in, and contact Samsung customer support again to discuss it. The 1st tier agent probably won't be able to do much for you -- if that's the case, politely but firmly ask for a supervisor, and ask them if you can email or share the photos and videos demonstrating the issues that the repair center didn't address. Remain polite in all interactions, because getting upset often makes the agent much less inclined to help.
