Double twist causing constant reboots

So I have a photon q 4glte on ics 4.0.4 and twice I have downloaded double twist and both times as soon as it finished installing it cause a boot loop. I got it from the play store and no other app has done that. Each time I was able to finally get it uninstalled it stopped. Just wondering if anyone else had that issue. I had used it on my photon 4g, and my htc evo design and never had a problem.
