Hi all, I've just downgraded my Nexus 7 from 4.2.2 to 4.1.2, and I'm very happy with it now.
4.2.2 has just caused so many problems for me, but downgrading to 4.1.2 has fixed ALL of them.
So, if you ever find yourself having problems with your Nexus 7 while on 4.2.2 (fast battery drainage, performance issues, etc.), then I suggest that you downgrade to 4.1.2 using either Wug's Nexus Root Toolkit, or by following the guides here on the forums.
