[Download] Honeycomb music player

I actually REALLY like this music player much better than the current one. But (and this is a personal opinion) I still prefer Pandora because I don't have to take up space on the sdcard for music.

The streaming option is nice. I hope google implements it well, or allows it to interface with other streams. Like drew I don't keep music on my SD, too miserly of my 16 gb. But audiogalaxy is kickass for streaming my home collection to my phone, and Pandora is pretty nice too...I can't see myself using this apk unless they get streaming up and running, (and well!).

Same setup

I use audiogalaxy and pandora as well. I use the SD for everything except for my music.

that's why I have a 16GB sd... big enough for the music I tend to listen to most... with enough room left over for some extra curricular files...

Audiogalaxy rocks hands down. I was so happy when CM7 was released simply because of the working DSP manager! I LOVE ANDROID PHONES! and I WILL ONLY OWN ANDROID phones for the rest of my days alive as a person with a cell phone lol. I have around 102 GB's of music, and my 32 GB SD card just does't cut it. I love to keep movies on my phone for long car trips and random boredom so I keep them on my SD card. I also keep lots of .apk files and such on my phone for easy access for my friends who also have Android devices, so Audiogalaxy is such a great app! I can't say that enough. My optimus S gets about 8 hours of continuous streaming before my battery dies, and I think that's pretty good IMO. I will set up a huge playlist before work, and just let it play all day long. I also almost never have a 3G signal, and even the rare occasions i'm in 1x, my audiogalaxy continues to stream flawlessly. So yeah, I love Audiogalaxy if you can't tell. I know this thread is about the Honeycomb music player, but I just figured you guys wouldn't mind if I offered my 2 cents ;) I also have some music stored on my SD card, so i'm going to try out the Honeycomb music player as well...

I've been teetering on trying audio galaxy. My hang up right now is i'd hate to pay for the service, upload all my music (I also have a 100ish gigs), then have google cloud music launch. It's the same reason I'm not using the amazon streaming service right now. I don't want to settle into a service because it's so hard for me to switch once i start using something. Almost like forming a habit.

If the cloud music doesn't come soon, or at least some kind of announcement of a date, I'm going to see who offers the most bang for the buck between amazon and audio galaxy and that's who I'll stick with.
