Download Podcast?

I know there is a way to put my Play music on my watch but is there a way to put Podcast like from Pocket Cast?

Download mp3 and use zenwatch music. Bluetooth range is pretty bad tho. I did this a couple weeks ago, it kept popping in and out.

OK. So I have a podcast episode downloaded but for the life of me can't get it to show within the zenwatch music app?
