Android Central Question
Have downloaded APK files from two valid site sources on my Samsung Galaxy A10s but none of the applications install.
My A10s came with Android 9 Pie installed and the system update of December/January was performed.
Wanted to install Samsung Good Lock and the appropriate applications to allow the custom functionality. After searching it seemed my device is blocked from the direct download and install via Samsung in my location. Some suggested using a VPN, set the location to an area/local/country which allows the application to be downloaded and installed (e.g. USA). Tried this without success. Others recommended downloading and installing the application(s) APK(s) from the open source site (provided links). Downloads were successful but installations failed. Also set my phone security to allow installation from unknown sites. Still install fail.
Read there would be changes in availability of Good Lock with Android 10, so figured to wait.
Recently got a message Android 10 update is available. Thus accepted the update with expectations of having access to the Good Lock App functionality. However, the situation, access and lacking continue. Performed a new search after upgrading to Android 10 was completed, especially for issue of APK files not installing. Located an additional site [SamMobile] with the APK files. Downloaded the main App. Good Luck, hoping for better results. It downloaded successfully. Upon completion, a query showed to install (as previously), then after a short time showed "not installed"; failed
What do i need to do for these applications to install?

Am looking forward toward successfully installing these Apps to improve the functionality, use, experience and efficiency of my device.
