Downloaded certificates, but can't locate them to install! How can I find them?

Downloaded certificates, but can't locate them to install!

My company is moving to certificate based wifi authentication. I downloaded the "root" certificate and the "global CA" certificates using my MaaS360 browser. When I click on the "downloads" menu item in MaaS360, it shows all the certificate files I downloaded. But I can't locate them using:

1. Android's built-in File Manager
2. "File Manager HD"
3. "ES File Explorer"

I tried searching for ".dev" files using all three, and none of them turned up a thing. Meanwhile, the browser shows they're right there on my phone. . .SOMEWHERE.

Anybody know how I can find them?
