downloaded cyanogen but problem =[

Hey guys, I've had a similar problem. I rooted my buddy's evo via Unrevoked Forever, I turned the s-on to allow me to use ROM manager and Clockwork Recovery. When I flash CM6 it gives me 2 errors, I don't recall what they are at the moment, but point is it doesn't allow me to install any roms at all. I've tried several methods to remove the unrevoked root but to no avail. Any imput? Thank you.

Well for one...turn s-off since YOU turned it on
Go download simpleroot and run nand unlock then go ahead and try to put on cm6

Wow. You probably shouldn't have rooted your friend's phone.
