Downloaded files - how to manage them

I just got a Moto X Play and downloaded some music files from my Google Drive folders. They appear in my "Downloaded" folder but I would like to organize them into a separate folder. I downloaded File Wrangler but cannot figure out how to move the files into the Music folder there. Once in the download folder, I am given no option to move to anything except to copy to "Download" folder (which they are already in) or Google Drive (where they came from). Any ideas?
