downloaded Samsung Knox app..how to disable?

Made the mistake of downloading the Knox app and now whenever i open any app and close it, I lose my Nova homescreen and i'm stuck with the generic junk defualt one. If i click on nova it will bring my homescreen back but will lose it again next time i close a program. Please tell me how to disable/uninstall this app before i chuck my phone.

A user here reports the following: "I found how to delete Knox. Open Knox, hit your settings button, and choose "About Knox". There is an Uninstall option there. That got rid of mine! I am running a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android version 4.3."
