Question Downloading attachments on Whatsapp

Since i moved to Galaxy A55, i cannot download attachments like MP$ or PDF in whatsapp.
Samsung support tried but said it is a whatsapp problem. Whatsapp's support is non existent

If i go back to old messages that i restored, i can open those attachments

You tried uninstalling the install again?

And happens on WiFi or mobile data?

Maybe try a different version
