downloading docs issue...pls help

When I open a PDF attachment I get a notice that says " this file is corrupted or damaged ". I can open it with no problem from a Iphone or laptop. Am I missing a plug in to open this. I use thie everyday for business so any help is apperciated! Thanks much.

you need to have the app that open PDF file , like Adove..
