I'm on Verizon and received a message to download new firmware. Well, I'm 24 hours into it an its still going. And this is the second time, happened about a week ago, I finally rebooted the phone. Any ideas what may be causing it to take so long? After a bit of searching I'm not sure I want the update, at least not just yet. BTW, it was on the home wireless network the entire time, so network capacity shouldn't have been a problem?????

4.4.3 wasn't a great update on Verizon IMHO, but 4.4.4 has been fine for me and we finally got the stock explorer to manipulate external SD card files. If you can't get it to update over Wi-Fi, try doing it on the mobile network. You can also connect it to your computer and install the HTC backup program from the phone. It has a "repair" function in it which would download the update for you too.

Thanks for the tip Mooncatt, I disabled the wireless network and the firmware came down in 5 minutes over the mobile network. Clearly something in the wireless network confused the process.
