Downloading from Amazon Appstore

Is there a way to download an app to my PC and then move it over to my phone? I got a wifi-only app but it's not downloading to my phone. It keeps timing out or losing network connection. I want to try downloading via my ISP.

Go into the Amazon App store settings (Menu Key > More > Settings) and make sure "Use Wi-Fi when downloading apps larger than:" is set to the max 20 MB. If the app is > than 20 MB of course that won't do any good.

Which app are you trying to download? If its free maybe someone with a reliable connection can download and share it with you.
