Mines downloading as well! Finally! It's like Christmas! Can't wait for all the posts complaining about "things they hate about ICS" Now I need to find the thread about how to turn off 4g. Supposedly they turned off the ability to switch.

I looked and didnt find anything on how to switch to 3G. If anyone know please post. Thanks

I was rooted and used the Rootkeeper app before installing. I got a update failed. I guess I can't use that app to keep my root?

I don't know what other people's experience is, but when in doubt, unroot and then update. You can always root again afterwards.
