downloading non USA apps

Hi, since doing kitkat update , it wiped all the UK apps I had on my phone - along with many other USA apps ( which are easy to reinstall) . I can figure out how I did it last time, I didn't root, can anyone advise how I can put sky sports app on my USA phone as it says not allowed in my country ( usa) . Thanks
