Downloading video problems

When I get an email with a video attatchment, ie a .wmv file I click on it to download, and when it is done dowloading it starts to play, but all I get is sound and a few still shots from the video. I can jump around in the video but still only have a few shots, no full moving video.

Youtube works fine, other videos on the internet seem to all work fine, I just can not watch a video I recieve in an email.

Any Ideas?

It's probably not encoded properly into one of androids supported formats
