Downloads repeating, not installing on Play Store

I'm downloading an app named Traffic Rider. This game is of size 93MB something. I've also tried 2-3 other apps of more than 50MB size and this same happens. When I press download, it starts downloading. After reaching 100%, it again starts downloading. Then again at 100%, it again starts. This process is repeated until it gets to an error after the phone is locked. It then shows error 911.
I've tried clear the cache, but it doesn't help.

Hi, are you connected to WiFi when downloading the app?

Error 911 normally relates to failed downloads due to poor or faulty wifi connection. It might look like it's fully downloaded but it detects either faulty or corrupted data and starts over.

I would try a different wifi connection to download the game.
