drag and drop question

When I have multi window open is there and option to drag and drop a YouTube video in a message like on the Note 4? I have tried the drag and drop option and it only send screenshots.

When you have multi window open click the white circle on the top of that window. Then you get the three options click on one that have a hand in it then you should be able to drag and drop.

I tried that and it only sends a screenshot of the video. Unless there is something that I am doing wrong.

That is odd. Just tried it myself and it didn't work.
