Driving Mode?

How do I access the driving mode on the s3?
On my s2 there was a app so it made it easy to find

settings---->language and input------>text to speech output------>turn on driving mode.

There are apps/widgets in google play that can do this for you...or....you can start Svoice and say "turn on driving mode" and it will turn on.
