I am loving the update. I manually updated and it worked perfectly. I am having one issue though. Anyone else having Sync problems?

Mine will work when it's first enabled and then it errors out and says it will return shortly but never does.

I was having sync issues before the update but they were different. Before the sync would never shut off. Now it won't stay on! lol

Anyone else?

I'm just the opposite. The update seems to have cleared up the sync issues I had.

I was hoping flash would have been part of the 2.1 update. Anyone know when we will receive flash?

Google Talk

I guess Google Talk is integrated into 2.1. If a contact is logged into gmail there's a green circle next to the name. I'm not exactly sure why anyone will care. I can just text the person, why would I use Google Talk? Anyone care to enlighten me?

Around Q4? I'm not sure why anyone though Flash would be included with this update. Adobe is working on that.

Its a separate issue that Adobe is working with..no set release

So just tried to download the update from my phone, and it says this file is not recognized by my phone and then there is an error. I can still download it to my cpu....but I no longer trust it...thoughts?

Make sure the file is named update.zip and it has to be in the root of the sd card (not in a folder). update.zip.zip will not work. That seems to be the problem for some.

Sorry, misunderstood. I used this site: mydroiddoes.info and just tried it again with a sucessful download. I d/l'd it to my laptop then to my phone. I'm not sure if or how the droid d/l's zip files.

Upgraded 3 people at work today -- mine last night. Everyone is loving the 2.1 update with HelixLauncher 1 ... seems really stable, I haven't had one single force close or freeze up since I updated and installed Helix at 6 pm yesterday.
