If I have to replace my phone because it broke is there a way that all of the settings including email set up, apps, profiles and everything else transfer over or does the phone need to be reset up?

I have a Google account that does not use a @gmail.com extension. Do you have to use an @gmail.com account or can I use my Google account?

if you use a google apps account on your current D2 and use the same account on your next D2 many things will auto sync like apps and contacts and a few settings. i'm not sure if all of your settings will carry over, but any of them will.
